Andy Bade

Picture
Andy is a versatile musician and conductor, teaching music and conducting instrumental and choral ensembles from elementary school through college. He has taught at Central Arizona College and the University of Arizona, and currently teaches music appreciation courses for the Osher Life-Long Learning Institute at the University of Arizona in Tucson. He plays trumpet and euphonium, and has performed with True Concord as a choral vocalist and narrator. In addition to his doctorate in conducting from the University of Arizona, he holds MM and MA degrees in conducting and church music, and is an active church musician and choral conductor. Andy is best known in Southern Arizona as the afternoon radio announcer for Classical 90.5, KUAT-FM.
